1. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to OmniLoad Android applications that link to this page, including the apps listed above. It also covers privacy-related support communications sent to OmniLoad.
Third-party websites, messaging platforms, social networks, media hosts, storage providers, and external applications have their own privacy practices. OmniLoad does not control those services.
2. Privacy Summary

5. How Information Is Used
- Provide requested download, playback, recovery, organization, file-management, and sharing features.
- Analyze supported links and contact the relevant source or processing provider when needed for a user-requested network action.
- Maintain download queues, schedules, background operations, and foreground-service notifications.
- Save preferences and protect local information where encryption or biometric access is enabled.
- Authenticate purchases, restore eligible entitlements, and prevent payment or license abuse.

6. App-Specific Privacy Practices
OmniLoad All Video Downloader — com.omniload.mediatools
- Processes links pasted, shared, imported, or manually entered by the user.
- A source URL and technical request metadata may be sent to the relevant website or processing provider to identify available media formats.
- Downloaded files, history, queues, schedules, names, and progress are normally stored locally.
- Completed media is not intentionally uploaded to OmniLoad storage during ordinary use.
- Opening, exporting, or sharing a file sends it to the destination selected by the user.
- The app does not require an OmniLoad account.
Recover Deleted Messages — com.omniload.chattools
- Message recovery requires the user to voluntarily grant Android notification-access permission.
- The app can preserve only supported content received after monitoring is enabled. It cannot retrieve messages deleted before access was granted, content that never produced a visible notification, or content Android does not expose.
- Recovered notification text and supported media are stored locally and are not intentionally transmitted to OmniLoad servers.
- Recovered content is not used for advertising, analytics profiling, or ad personalization.
- Biometric protection uses Android system authentication; OmniLoad does not receive biometric templates.
- Status-saving accesses media available through user-authorized Android storage or media access.
- Multiple-account features may open third-party services in isolated WebView sessions. Information entered there goes directly to that third party under its own policy.
- WebView cookies and sessions may remain until cleared, expired, app data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled.
- A direct-chat feature may use a number entered by the user to construct a messaging link locally without adding it to contacts.
OmniLoad: TT Video Downloader — com.omniload.tiktok.video.downloader.nowatermark
- Processes links pasted or shared by the user.
- The URL and technical request data may be sent to the relevant source service or processing provider to retrieve available media.
- Downloaded video, audio, image, or slideshow content is stored locally.
- The app does not require an OmniLoad account.
- Users are responsible for downloading only content they own or are authorized to save.
- The app is independent and is not endorsed by or affiliated with any third-party social-media service.
OmniLoad Music Player
- Scans audio files Android permits the app to access.
- Song names, artists, albums, folders, artwork, playlists, favorites, queues, equalizer settings, and playback history are generally processed locally.
- Local music files are not intentionally uploaded to OmniLoad servers during ordinary playback.
- Sharing a song sends the selected file to the destination chosen by the user.
- Optional online artwork, lyrics, metadata, recognition, backup, or AI-assisted features may transmit a search term, metadata, audio fingerprint, selected sample, or other clearly disclosed input to the relevant provider when the feature is used.
OmniLoad File Manager
- Accesses files and folders to perform user-requested file-management functions.
- Depending on Android version, it may use the system picker, media permissions, directory access, or broad file access when essential to the core file-manager function.
- Names, paths, sizes, dates, types, checksums, duplicate results, and thumbnails are normally processed locally.
- Copy, move, rename, compress, extract, organize, and delete operations occur on the device.
- Files leave the device only when the user deliberately shares, uploads, backs up, or opens them through an external service, or a clearly disclosed online feature requires transmission.
- Deletion may be permanent depending on Android and the storage provider.
7. Android Permissions and Special Access
Not every app requests every permission. Names and availability vary by Android version. Users can deny or revoke access in Android Settings, although the related feature may stop working.

| Biometric authentication | Protect local recovered content or vault features | Recover Deleted Messages and supported apps | Optional |
| WebView storage | Maintain user-selected multiple-account sessions | Recover Deleted Messages | Optional; clearing sessions signs the user out |
| Battery-optimization exemption | Improve reliability of long user-requested background work | Apps with long downloads or playback | Optional special access |
8. Advertising and Consent
Free versions may display ads through Google AdMob. Depending on region, consent, app configuration, and legal requirements, advertising may be personalized, non-personalized, limited, or contextual.
- AdMob may process IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device and app information, advertising identifiers where permitted, impressions, clicks, interactions, consent choices, diagnostics, and anti-fraud signals.
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present privacy messages and record advertising choices.
- Users may be able to reopen privacy choices in an app’s privacy settings and can use Android or Google advertising controls.
- Premium versions may remove ads but can still use essential billing, diagnostics, integrity, and security services.
- Private notification content, local music, downloaded files, and personal documents are not supplied to advertising SDKs for ad targeting.
9. Analytics, Diagnostics, Billing, and Google Services
Depending on the app and version, OmniLoad may use:
- Firebase Analytics for aggregated engagement and feature measurements.
- Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports and technical diagnostics.
- Firebase Performance Monitoring for app and network performance.
- Firebase Remote Config for configuration values and controlled feature settings.
- Google Play services for Android integrations used by selected SDKs.
- Google Play Billing for purchases and subscriptions.
- Google Play Integrity API to help identify tampered apps, risky devices, fraud, and abuse.
- Google AdMob and UMP for ads and privacy-choice management.
SDK presence and configuration can differ by app version. OmniLoad reviews disclosures when apps or dependencies change.
10. Sharing, Disclosure, and Third Parties
- Information may be disclosed to providers handling ads, analytics, diagnostics, billing, consent, security, hosting, or fraud prevention on OmniLoad’s behalf.
- Files or information may be sent to a destination deliberately chosen by the user through Android sharing, uploading, opening, or backup features.
- A source URL and technical request information may be sent to a source website, media host, or processing provider needed to complete a user-requested network operation.
- Information may be disclosed when required by valid law or legal process, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or sale with appropriate safeguards.
Third-party services independently determine their data practices. Compatibility does not imply partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
OmniLoad does not intentionally sell private message content, recovered media, downloaded files, local music, contacts, or personal documents. Where targeted advertising is legally treated as “sale” or “sharing,” users may use the consent and advertising controls provided by Google, Android, or the applicable service.
11. Data Retention
- Local files and records remain on the device until deleted, app storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled, subject to Android backup and shared-storage behavior.
- Files exported to shared storage or another service may remain after uninstalling the app.
- Recovered messages, downloaded media, playlists, history, and WebView sessions remain until deleted, cleared, expired, or removed through Android settings.
- Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, keep appropriate records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- Advertising, analytics, billing, crash, and diagnostic data are retained according to the relevant provider’s settings and policies.
- Temporary link-processing information is retained only as long as technically necessary to complete a request, diagnose a failure, secure the service, or comply with law.
- Limited information may be retained longer for security, fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, or legal obligations.
12. Local Data and Contact Information
No OmniLoad account or centralized user database
The OmniLoad apps covered by this policy do not require an OmniLoad account, and OmniLoad does not maintain a centralized database containing users’ downloaded files, recovered messages, music libraries, or locally managed documents. Accounts opened inside a third-party website or WebView belong to that third party, not OmniLoad.
Managing local app data
- Use in-app delete or clear controls where available.
- Delete exported files using Android, a gallery, or a file manager.
- Clear WebView sessions from the app where available.
- Open Android Settings → Apps → select the OmniLoad app → Storage → Clear storage/data.
- Uninstall the app. Exported files may remain and must be deleted separately.
Google and other third-party services
Google Play purchases and information processed by Google services are controlled by Google under Google’s policies and settings. OmniLoad cannot directly delete information controlled solely by Google. Users can manage relevant Google information through their Google Account, Google Play, Android privacy settings, and advertising settings.
Contact and information
For questions about this policy, an OmniLoad app, permissions, or data practices, contact info@omniload.net.
13. Security and International Processing
OmniLoad uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the feature and information, which may include HTTPS, Android sandboxing, Android Keystore, local encryption where implemented, biometric-gated access, access controls, dependency updates, data minimization, and crash or security monitoring.
Advertising, analytics, billing, diagnostics, hosting, and support providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country. Appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards are used where required.
14. Regional Privacy Rights
EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority. Processing may rely on consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests, or legal obligations.
California and other applicable U.S. states
Where applicable, users may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of certain sale or sharing, limit certain sensitive-data uses, and receive non-discriminatory treatment.
Other regions
Additional rights may apply under local law and may be subject to verification, exceptions, and legal limitations. Questions about this policy or OmniLoad’s data practices can be sent to info@omniload.net. Information controlled solely by Google or another third party must be managed through that provider.
15. Children’s Privacy and User Responsibilities
The OmniLoad utility apps covered by this policy are not directed to children under 13. OmniLoad does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these apps. Age thresholds may differ by jurisdiction. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should email info@omniload.net.
Users are responsible for having the legal right or permission to access, save, recover, manage, share, or download content; respecting copyright, privacy, intellectual-property rights, platform terms, and local laws; protecting exported files and shared-device access; and reviewing destination applications before sharing.
16. Changes to This Policy and Contact
OmniLoad may update this policy when app features, SDKs, legal requirements, or data practices change. The “Last updated” date will be revised, and material changes may be communicated through the apps, website, or another appropriate notice.
